no firmware out of the box on WE v2?

registered device and connected wifi. update firmware alert...but no download is being located
getting no status - unknown in the top right corner

shows current firmware: none previous: none

any ideas?

i have a WE LE that is connected has been working without issues

You will need to submit a support ticket so we can push a firmware update to you. You have very old firmware on the controller. CoralVue Support Portal
