No Push Notifications from Launch

As the title states, I don’t receive any push notifications from the app when I get orange or red alerts. I receive the emails, but that’s not as urgent as a push notification.

I’ve verified my iOS system settings has notifications turned on, and the Hydros app has them enabled. I’ve gone into the app and confirmed the push notification. I also purged the push notifications and to no avail. I had a local reefer who is familiar with Hydros take a look at my app and confirmed it all looks to be setup correctly.

Does anyone have advice?

Try turning them off in options. Then do the upload changes. Then wait a couple of minutes and then turn them back on again and upload changes. Do you have more than one device that has the app installed that you can check and see if the other device is getting them? I have my iPad and my Android phone and both are getting the push notifications. That is the only thing I have turned on. I have email and audio turned off.

I will try your idea of turning them off, uploading, and then waiting a bit.

I only have a single device that has the app, my phone.
