No push notifications

Hello everyone I am new to hydros controller. I am running a Launch controller. I am not getting any push notifications. They are set up correctly in my options page. Am I missing something ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the device the app is installed on is setup to receive them for the app. I had to setit allow nofitications on my iPad for the Hydros app.
