I got an alert today that the the power strips weren't responding but for some reason I got over 100 texts and 100 emails about it instead of just one or two. Is there a setting I need to change or what?

From the status screen click the three dot in the upper right corner. In the drop down pick notification preferences. At the bottom of the list you can change the notification repeat interval.

It's all 0's right now so does that mean it's going to just keep resending them or does that mean it's not supposed to repeat?

I believe it will just keep resending them. When I first set mine up it did the same thing. I have changed mine to repeat every 15 minutes.

Yes, you are specifying the interval and not the number of messages. Interval is how long the unit will wait before it sends out a new notification for the same issue. If you have the interval set to 0, then it will wait 0 times to send a new message for the same issue.
