Power outage backup battery. Without Kraken or IceCap battery.

I have a 12V 100Ah Lithium LiFePO4 battery on hand, and I would like to use it as a backup battery for power outages. I don't own a Hydros Kraken, but since I already have a Wave Engine LE, I was thinking of using a relay module to switch from 24V power to 12V battery power during a power outage.

Using a 24V relay module, I can use the 24V power supply from the Wave Engine LE as a signal trigger.

Just checking here to see if anyone has done something similar. I have made a diagram to explain my circuit below.

Nice! I was looking at the automatic transfer switches too. My battery's BMS will protect it so no need for the LVP. I like the way you boxed it up. Very slick!
 
You are over complicating it.

Just get a moderate sized bridge diode (say a 30A bridge rectifier diode for a car amp), going clockwise round on the legs (4 of them), connect the first leg to positive 24v side of hydros, next leg add the 24v power supply positive, next leg add 12v/24v back up battery positive (which should also have in-line fuse), join all the negative lines together and job done. No moving parts and no changeover delay or clicky clicky sounds. You can even add one more power redundancy if you like on the last leg.
