Everybody, Hello! I've been running the Hydros system for a few months now with no real issues but today I'm having an issue with my power strips not connecting after a router restart. I've tried most of the tips and tricks in the forum with no luck, I'm hoping someone can walk me through getting them reconnected. One is acting crazy, turning on and off by itself, even though i have the outlets programed. then the app will say they are connected but I'm unable to control them manually. I don't have a complicated system so I thought I might just delete the collective and start over? I know this has probably been addressed in a previous forum but any help would be great. Thanks in advance

Have you tried the replace function and reconnect the WiFi strip? You won’t lose any of your settings.

Are you trying to do more than one strip? If so try rebooting the controller or the wifi master if it is a collective after each time you pair one or run replace. Just wait a couple of minutes after pairing is completed to reboot. Then do the replace or pairing of the next one after waiting a couple of minutes after reboot to give the controller time to complete the reboot.

Okay I'll give it a try, I'm noticing that the entire collective seems very unsteady, devices connecting then disconnecting. My XP8 is my main controller and all the status lights are normal. Not sure what's going on, also getting false alarm on leak rope...

Tried the reboot after pairing, did not work. Another thing, on the app the wifi devices are responding then not responding over and over, and still no manual control for them. I've updated to the latest firmware 244

Yes I have but I've done a small adjustment and uploaded and it went away. I deleted the strip and I'm trying to re-add it, and keep getting, link timed out. and it will not add in the app.

If you are getting a banner that says collective broken then you will need to power down the collective and power it back up. One of the controllers is probably causing it but the best way to clear it is a power down power up reboot. Usually a collective mismatch is cleared by upload changes.
