Power strip problem

Hi all so just got a new wifi power strip the quad type and unable to get it to connect. I added a name for it plugged it in and tried to get it to blink but it is staying solid blue and will not blink to connect any help would be appreciated. Thx u

Did you press and hold the button on the strip for a few seconds?

Yes nothing happens, also unplugged it and tried again still solid blue

You probably need to submit a support ticket for that.

Do the following:

1. Restart your router and access point if you have one. Ensure you wait until you can browse the internet again.
2. Restart your HYDROS controllers
3. Restart your WiFi strips
4. Run the WiFi strip setup again

That usually clears the issue. Let us know if it does not work.
