Pumps stop after a few seconds

Hello, today my pumps are doing something new. I have two 2k pumps on the wifi controller and they will not turn on. When I unplug then plug the power back on, both pumps run for about two seconds then stop. Any idea on why this is? How I can fix it? Led colors look totally normal.

Did you check the pumps for physical obstacles? For example, maybe something got stuck on the propellers, causing the pumps not to run?
