Hi,
One of my quad WiFi power strips suddenly stopped responding today, after having worked for a couple of years. The rest of my WiFi devices, including two other power strips, still work fine.
The power strip has power, the red and blue LED rings work. The devices plugged into it receive 110V power. It's just not responding to commands and shows as "NOT RESPONDING" in the app.
My WiFi network is 2.4 GHz only. I've tried resetting my WiFi Access Points, it made no difference. I power-cycled the X10 controller. I pulled power from the power strip, reconnected it, and tried pressing the button for 5 seconds to re-add it to my X10 controller. The scan just times out, every time.
Is there anything else I can try to get this quad power strip back in working order? Is there a way to do a hard reset of this thing?
And, most importantly, is there a way to troubleshoot this further? For example, can I determine the MAC address of the power strip so I can check my Unifi console to find out if it's seen on the network?
Thanks!
Gunnar
