The following tutorial goes over how to interface the APEX compatible Reef Brite power supply to Hydros Control 4's 0-10V Ports

The following page has more info on the power supply: Reef Brite™ APEX™ Single or Dual channel LED interface - Reef Brite

The power supply comes in 2 versions, a single and double. The single unit requires only 1 0-10V port and the dual requires 2 0-10V ports.

What you will need:
- The above mentioned reefbrite supply
- 1 Hydros Wave Engine 0-10V Quad Cable (HYDROS WaveEngine 0-10V Quad Cable)
- 1 Icecap Y Cable (IceCap Y Cable)
- 1 set of female-to-female 3.5mm adapters to connect the both 3.5mm male ends together (https://www.amazon.com/Ksmile®-Stereo-Adaptor-Connectors-Plated/dp/B01C9U3XI4)
- 1 RJ45 non-active 1-to-1 coupler (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08JZ1FJC4/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_T666WJAXY31PCTHD38TA?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1)

NOTE: You can't use the Wave Engine APX cable for this application since the Reefbrite interface requires 2 separate grounds and the APX cable only provides 1 (Pin 7 is not used on the RJ45 on the APX cable, hence the second channel doesnt have a reference ground)

Then connect the above devices as follows:
Control 4 0-10V Output Port -> Hydros Wave Engine 0-10V Quad Cable -> Channel 1 and 2 (or any 2 channels you want, noting which ones you use) phono plug -> 2x 3.5mm phono adapters -> Icecap Y cable phono plugs -> Icecap Y cable RJ45 -> RJ45 coupler -> RJ45 of the reef brite assembly.

Then use the Variable Light output profile to schedule each 0-10V channel to your required dimming schedule!

Hello @JeffB418,

Would the ice cap Y cable that allows for controllability of both forward and reverse pump direction not be able to be used in this setup?
