remembering settings

I know the latest firmware update "forgot" the reservoir settings, but I've had similar problems in the past.
Once after a previous firmware update, two of my outputs went crazy, switching from OFF to AUTO or ON all by themselves. Since one of them was an
ATO, my tank nearly flooded. Today there was a power outage here and when the power came back on, the same thing happened. So my questions:

1. Is there a list somewhere of settings to check after firmware updates or power failures?
2. After a power failure, when the power comes back on, can I download the most recent saved settings before the failure and be confident?

A power failure in itself should not change any settings. You might have something that was overridden back in auto but I think it retains those but not sure. It has been a while since I have had a power down on mine since it has battery backup and does not loose power. On firmware update they will usually let you know if there is something that will happen like that after the update. There is usually a post on here concerning the update you can read before updating.
