Thanks Don. The support team deleted the controller and the broken collective from the cloud yesterday but when I went the the process of factory resetting the controller and adding it to the cloud, the broken collective reappeared and the controller continues to be inaccessible except in Bluetooth mode.

Waiting to hear back from support on best next step.
