Reset or pause on reading?

Temporarily annoying. When you calibrate pH, the reading drops to 4, then to 7, then to 10. That makes the chart expand from a nice tight range to a huge range, scrunching the relevant readings so that you don’t see the pretty wave until several days later, when the calibration event is far enough in the past. Maybe there is already a solution for that. If so, what is it? If not, it would be nice to manually adjust the viewed range, or stop the reading display temporarily.

On a related note, I may be missing something else, but my HC screaming at me and bombarding me with alerts when I calibrate is also annoying.

I mean, this seems easy. If you push the button to calibrate 4.0, 7.0, or 10.0, why not have the device programmed to not alert and beep, as that is expected activity, and programmed to stop recording the results on the charts?

This is something already on our list of things to fix. The reason it isn't fixed already is because it is harder than it sounds. During the calibration the Hydros doesn't actually know it is being calibrated, it just continues to produce values. So it will require a restructure of the calibration procedure.

Appreciate the effort on this. Since you are using a query to look at historical values to find min and max values for the graph axis range, seems like it might be fairly simple to add a drop down selection for users to choose the number of days to look back. That way, users could adjust for outliers without waiting for the high/low values to fall out of the lookup range on their own.
