Rope leak detection not working

Is there anything that would prevent the leak detection rope from alerting? I've tried up and down the sensitivity levels and deleted the port and reinstalled it. Still won't alert. I know it was working a few months ago when I last checked.

Did you check the adapter cable? Change the input to "Diagnostics" to see the voltage sent to the control when the line gets wet.

 
You need to adjust the sensitivity based on that reading.

I tested further because I had two ropes extending. One of the ropes showed that voltage but the one attached stayed at zero. It stayed at zero even when I tested with just one rope and not two. Just found this out this morning and I just filed a support ticket to see if I should check something else.

Got it. Please submit a ticket at CoralVue Support Portal, and we will take care of it and send out a replacement rope.
