Salinity and ph

Good morning,

I set up my launch and XP8 10 days ago. At that time I installed both the ph and salinity probe according to the directions. On installation the salinity probe read 1.000 and ph read 7.01

I let them soak for 10 days and they still read 7.01 and 1.000. Calibrated both this morning and the still read the same.

Any suggestions

What does the Ph Probe read in calibration fluid (10,4 or 7)? make sure the calibration fluid is 77 degrees

What does the salinity probe read for calibration same thing fluid needs to be 77. I am not to familiar with salinity works on hydros but others have the temp probe adjustment for it. If it does make sure it shows correct temp probe.

I floated the 7.01 and 10.0 ph fluids for 15 minutes. I showed 7.01 in the fluid during calibration and again after. In tge tank it reads the same. Salifert kit shows 8.3 +/-

12 hrs later it now reads 6.99

Did the ph probe have solution in it or dry? If it was dry could be a faulty probe.

If the calibration fluid matches the probe than the probe is working correct. Did you calibrate probe with 7.0 and 10?
