Dear HYDROS Users,

We would like to inform you that we will be performing maintenance from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM CST on Monday, December 11, 2023. During this time, access to your devices through the HYDROS app will be temporarily unavailable.

Please note that you will not be able to access your devices through the HYDROS app during this maintenance period. We will notify you as soon as the maintenance is complete and services are restored.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.

What WILL be affected:
  • Ability to access and view your HYDROS devices via the HYDROS app (Cloud access only).
  • Ability to view (cloud access) your devices via the HYDROS app.
  • Ability to make and upload configuration changes.
  • Ability to receive email and push notifications.
  • Register new devices or pair WiFi devices such as quad strips, single outlets, or WiFi feeders.
What WILL NOT be affected:
  • This downtime WILL NOT compromise HYDROS devices monitoring and controlling your aquarium(s). HYDROS will continue to trigger outputs based on inputs, as always.
  • Your HYDROS WiFi devices (Quad strip, single outlet, WiFi feeder) will continue communicating with the HYDROS controllers and work as expected.
  • The ability to view your HYDROS device via Bluetooth will not be compromised.
  • The ability to override outputs via Bluetooth connection will not be disrupted.
  • The connection to third-party devices from manufacturers such as Focustronic or Kamoer will not be disrupted.
  • Audible alarms.
