Simple on/off based on PH

Is there any way to setup a very simple on/off based on the PH value as an input? Everything I have tried seems to want to set a high point and low point which does not get me the effect I am looking for as the resolution is too low. Ideally, without having PH as a 2 place decimal control, could I have skimmer turn on below 8.3 and then off over 8.3. To keep from the quick on/offs when it is hovering at 8.3 I could add a min off and min on. Is this possible? Perhaps there is a way to stack up different outputs that I have not considered yet.

Not at this time, but there was a suggestion to allow a smaller setting on ph.
