Start up Sequence and App problems

Hey, So when I plug in my duel pump controller I think it gets stuck in the start up sequence. The Leds Just keep rotating and never stop on a single color to see status of pump. I then then try to connect the controller to my wifi in the app and it lets me select the pump but when it goes to the page to to actually enter the email address and name of pump it just loads blank squares. Even after hitting refresh it doesn't show anything.

Is it that on your Hydros controller?

Yes the Leds that are chasing are on the duel pump controller and the load problem is on the app on my phone.
