Timezone America Bogotá Issue

HI! I have problems with the timezone from the last firmware update, how can i fix thks issue?
In addition I attach a picture, you can check my phone hour is 08:39 and the firmware time zone is 13:39

Under time zone switch to mode ETC, then use the GMT-5 time setting for your location (Colombia)
