Trouble logging in

Hydros App kicked me out and I had to reset password… now saying either username or password is incorrect.

Is there a bigger issue or should I try to reset again?

There are no other reported issues or server problems that we know. Were you able to access the App?

I was yes, I had to reset my password 2 times.
