Trying to add control x2 to a current x4

Hello team, I just received my new controller x2 and I want to connect it to my x4 (working for 7 or 8 months) and creat a collective environment. I am trying to do this connecting 2 devices with a new command bus an a terminator en the control x2. So I disconnect from power x4 then I connect both devices with the command bus and terminator in x2. However when trying power goes back nothing happens none of the devices is powering on. What is happening here? I really need your help guys :)
 
What happens if you remove power and remove the X2 and buss cable form X4 and power the X4 back up?
 
OK, power down the supply and remove the command buss cable from the X2 and hook the power supply to it and power up the supply and see if you get anything. If so try adding the X2 to your account and setup the wifi on it. Then check the firmware and make sure it is up to date.
 
Ok I already added CW to my profile Ok, and it is running version 197 which is ok. After power disconnection, terminator and command bus connection. Power back on and same issue. :(
 
Ok now you have to create a collective. Next select the X4 since that is your original controller. Once selected click the + sign in the left menu. There should be a button for create collective on the screen. You will have to name your collective. This name is separate from any controllers that are members of the collective. You want to create it when you have your X4 selected since that is the one you want to keep the settings on. Only the first controller in a collective will retain it's settings. Let me know when you get that done and we will add the X2 to the collective.

I thought you had both connected when you checked to see if both were in the left menu.
 
All controllers have to be registered that way. They have to be individually added to a collective. You can eliminate the terminator since it is not needed unless you have created a collective. You can power more than one controller with a single power supply without them being in a collective. Wiring the controllers together with buss cables does not create a collective automatically. If removing the terminator allows both controllers to power up then that will be the bad device. If not it could be the command buss cable. The only other thing would be the power supply itself but that would be unlikely since it powers up either controller.
