Hello, I'm attempting to replace a controller. The existing controller is accessible via my Android app (v. 317) and the web app.

I added the replacement controller to my WiFi and Android app. When I click on the controller on the device screen, I'm greeted with a message stating the Firmware must be updated, but my app is too old. I clicked to use the online previous app, and click to view new firmware options, but the screen says "none" for current and available firmware.

Regarding my Android app version, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it via the Google App store, but it still shows v. 317.

It sounds like the controller has too old of a firmware version to be updated by the newer app. Have you submitted a support ticket with CoralVue so they can get it updated for you? Here is a link Submit ticket .

The app can't possibly be too old because 317 id the most recent version. Instead of clicking shoe older version, select show updates. If you're not presented with download followed by install options there then you'll need a support ticket.

Thank you. Support was able to load the current version. Previous installed version was to old.

I ran into the same issue. My app was up to date at v.317, but the controller’s firmware was too old to update automatically. I submitted a support ticket and they loaded the current version for me.
