Update 177

I click install and and it goes into no status screen then pumps all turn off then it stays for a minute or 2 then nothing.
I close it then the same

Yeah unfortunately looks like a few people running into similar issues. Might want to keep running 165 for now if you can’t get it to install.

So I guess we will have to wait another 3 months for them to fix the bug in the installation. Then we might have the bug fixes from 3 months ago. Too bad. So much promise.

Unplug the power cable and plug it back it back in... forces it to check for an update.

Yes it downloaded but won't install.
I was going to unplug it but didn't know if it would erase all my settings for the wifi strips.

On the firmware update screen, hit "Install 177" and then immediately kill the app. Wait 60 seconds and then come back in and it should be in 177. It is actually a bug that is now fixed on 177.

that’s what I used to update my girlfriends control 2 and it worked. Wonder if that might help.

Yes, that did work. Is there a newer version of the app that we should have? This is going to cause you a big headache.

The issue was with firmware 165 but only happens on some devices and not all of them. We fixed it on 177.
