If you are typically dosing volumes smaller than optimal for the native 40ml/min rate of the Hydros Drive Port Doser, I’ve got a simple solution for you. Amazon sells a bunch of different 12VDC PWM motor speed controllers for really cheap (under $10). You can use one of these to reduce the speed of the dosing pumps DC motor really easily.

This is the model I used PAGOW DC Motor Speed Controller... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08G4PQ2FW?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

All I did was hack it into a Drive Port extension cable I had and bingo. I was able to get the pump down as low as 5ml/min. Although I don’t recommend maybe running it at the lowest limit in case the motor stalls.

Just wire the controller in line and you’re good to go. If your handy you can even modify the doser itself and integrate it internally.

I haven’t tested the long term reliability or consistency of this solution but I wouldn’t expect any issues but something to check from time to time with recalibration.

I believe upcoming XD and X10 also have PWM capabilities on drive ports but the feature has gone largely unnoticed.

I did something similar, but used Kamoer heads rather then the HYDROS branded ones. Each pump can be wired to a drive port or 12v wall-wart as needed. The dosing heads were cheap and the lower threshold is around 20ml/min with the upper being around 50ml/min with minimal tubing attached. Dropped it in a project box and it blends nicely with the rest of the control modules.
