Question for anyone who is powering a Varios2 through the WaveEngine: When I use the 0-10v to ramp up the Varios2 with its native controller from 0% to 15%, there’s a point where the controller actually revs up the pump to something like 25-30% (maybe even higher) before it falls back to the desired 15%.
Does the WaveEngine cause this same behavior when ramping the Varios2 up from 0%, or can I achieve a smooth slow ramp from 0% to 15, 30, or even 50%?
The reason why I’m asking is because I’m using the Varios2 to power a biopellet reactor and this jolt pushes the pellets all the way to the top of the reactor, and the lower final flow is not enough to allow the pellets to fall back down.
Thanks in advance.
