I just installed 2 Icecap 2k pumps. The range on the pump won't let me go lower than 25%. Is that the lowest it can go? I would like at night run these lower than that but haven't been able to figure out how. If 25% is the limit I guess I can just run one and see if that gives me the flow I'm looking for.

Yes, that is the lowest the pump can go reliably without stalling. If you want something with lower flow, you could remove one of the sides and use half the pump.
