WE Not Responding to Commands

Been successfully using a WE with 2x Max 350's and 2x Max 330's. However the app is not sending commands to the unit such as 'feeding' or 'water change'. I am on the same network connection, and running latest (317) firmware, so that isn't the issue. Can someone help?

Have you tried rebooting it?
 
Is the app connecting to the wave engine at all? If so check and make sure you schedules except for feed mode etc are set to unchecked for your flow pumps otherwise they will keep running.
