Where are the USB’s in listed in the Output? Also what is plug 1-5 when its a 4 plug unit?

I’m trying to connect some low wattage cabinet lighting via the USB ports.
Can each of the 4 USB ports be controlled on and off independently?

My understanding is that the 5th port on the power strip controls all 4 of the USB ports simultaneously. They cannot currently be controlled individually.
