White screen

I added the alkatronic input and saved to cloud and now my status screen is all white. Say collective ok at top of page and that’s it. ??

That is a bug that we just encountered. It has to do with you adding the Alkatronic input, but you did not finish configuring it. On the gray screen, tap on the upper left-corner hamburger menu and select INPUTS. Then choose your Alkatronic input and finish setting it up. Select the serial number and set your high and low ranges, as well as your notifications. Upload the changes, and then you will be able to access the status screen.

We are going to push an update to fix that problem, but this is the workaround. Again, we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience.

Fixed the white screen by setting up the Alkatronic input selected the serial, set the range, enabled notifications, and uploaded changes.

Ce bug se produit parce que l’entrée Alkatronic n’était pas entièrement configurée. Sur l’écran gris, appuyez sur le menu hamburger en haut à gauche, sélectionnez INPUTS, puis choisissez votre entrée Alkatronic. Terminez la configuration en sélectionnant le numéro de série, les plages haute/basse et les notifications. Téléchargez les modifications, et vous retrouverez l’accès à l’écran de statut. Une mise à jour est en cours, mais cette solution temporaire devrait aider. Désolé pour le désagrément !
