Try the following:

  1. Reboot your WiFi router and access point if you have one. Wait until you have internet access back.
  2. Reboot your WiFi controller HYDROS device
  3. Please disconnect the power strip from power, wait 10 seconds, and reconnect it
  4. Push the power button on the power strip until the light starts to blink BOTH blue and red. It must blink fast (more than a blink per second). If it is blinking solid blue or blinking blue/red but very slow (less than a blink per second), it will not work. If that happens, press and hold the power button until the light starts to blink blue/red fast.
  5. Start the pairing process again.

I will give this a try and report back. Thank you.
