Anyone ever have the wrong product show up? I ordered an X3S from saltwateraquarium.com. When I opened it up inside was an X3, not an X3S. Factor sealed box that had obviously never been opened.
I just wanted to update this post. I sent a message to Coralvue and described the problem. Coralvue responded almost immediately and told me to return the incorrect product and they would send out a new one. This was on a Friday. They overnighted it for Saturday delivery without me asking. Great customer service.
