I dove head first into Hydros nearly a year ago and purchased a lot of stuff, X10 being one of them. At the time there was a lot of hype about Maven & if I remember correctly, Maven will need an X10 or something to deliver the tank water/reagents for testing. I believe it would need 3 of the 4 heads on X10. I also have 3 Soles sitting here that I had planned to use for AWC and still can. What's the better way to go for dosing? Pick up another Sole & save the X10 for Maven? Or just use the X10? I dose Alk/Cal/Mg/Limewater.

Can Sole be powered by Kraken? I have Force Port to Power Port cables. It calls out on the tag several Hydros items it will power but it does not specifically call out Sole. See attached photo. I had a plan when I bought all of this but I just don't remember it all clearly.

Please see photo two. If I go with X10 for dosing, what is the best way to convert the X10 dose head connections over to push connect? Photo three are my dosing containers using push connect.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I think the Maven is supposed to work stand alone or in a collective. If that is the case it would not need the X10 then. I use barb fittings to go from the flexible tubing that comes with the X10 to the 1/4" RODI type tubing. Below is a photo of the barb fittings.

Ok, not sure what I was remembering then, or not remembering. X10 it is for dosing. Thank you.

Danny, so I have been searching for 3mm ID barb to 1/4 inch push to connect stem adapter & I'm coming up empty. Do your dosers use the same size tubing as X10? (3mm ID x 5mm OD).

If so, where did you find those?

I will have see which ones I got but it is barb fittings on both ends. I think they were 3/8" to 3/16" but not sure.
