X2 misbehaves

Looking for insight on hopefully a quick fix. One of the X2's in my collective refuses to update when something is plugged into sense Port 1. I will take the update on the initial install of the port but even though the port is giving a reading after the initial install the device will not update. I've tried both a temp sensor and a rope leak sensor and the result is the same. As soon as I unplug something from that port the device will update.

I have several times. Even tried rebooting the router.

You might want to submit a support ticket. I have not seen the issue but it has been a long time since I setup a X2 sense port.
