Hello I have the hydros X4 & X10 th ph probes are the same and are calibrated with the same calibration fluids I have both probes in my sump as I took down my IV the issue I have is they are reading off by .26 my x4 ph probe reads 8.04and the x10 reads 8.3 I calibrated them both at the same time with the same fluid they are both located right next to each other in the sump the way I calibrate is clean probe with rodi and the 7 again clean and then 10 again clean and then4 I double check after with the packets i calibrated with and they both are very close to what the calibration packets say can someone tell me why there is such a big difference in readings thanks

No two probes are going to read exactly alike. But I would expect two like probes calibrated at the same time on Hydros controls to be closer than that. Your calibration method sounds good. Is there any chance one of the probes is routed via a different path subject to stray voltage or interference? Probably worth submitting a ticket to CoralVue Support Portal for some advanced diagnostic assistance.
