I know the varios 4 has a 0-10V port, can I use that in conjunction with the PH probe to have it turn on the skimmer below a set PH but shut off once it hits a high PH? If so how would I go about doing that?

We need a lot more information in order to answer your question. What Hydros control/controls do you have ? Do you have a Hydros wifi strip or an XP8?

If you are going to use the 0-10v to control it you would need your normal schedule and another schedule for off. Set the start and end times the same on both for a 24 hour period. You will setup another output as control using ph to turn it on and off. The you would set the depends on of both schedule to that output. The set the dependency mode of one schedule to off if off and the other to off if on. So it will depend on the new output which which schedule runs. You set the speed to your normal run speed of the skimmer on one of the schedules and the run speed to 0 on the other. It will depend on how you setup the new output as to which one would be used for which. It can be setup either way.
