What does it mean when an outlet led flashes yellow a few times then goes back to green? It only seems to happen to one outlet.

Yellow means that the current consumption is outside of the safe range specified for that outlet. So the device is either consuming more or less current than the configuration says is OK. But since it is just quick flashes it is probably right on the edge.

Is that something I should watch? A AI Nero 3 is connected to that outlet running in pulse mode. I see the watt usage fluctuate between 0 to 5 watts.

It kind of depends upon what you have configured as the Power Safe Range on the associated XP8 outlet and exactly what it is alerting on. Not knowing your configuration, it could be low, high or both. Given what you're observing, I would suggest setting the min to 0W. According to the datasheet, the maximum power consumption of the AI Nero 5 is 30W @ 120VAC max. The key word in the datasheet is "max." If you have the max configured as less than 30W I would increase it and not worry.
