So today for no apparent reason my Xp8 which is part of a collective decided to stop communicating. The X4 kept running the system along with the X3 but no response from the XP8. A hard reboot brought it back to life. Is there something I should be looking at to figure out why it did that?

Can you elaborate on "stopped communicating?" Did the App have a red COLLECTIVE BROKEN banner at the top? Or did you get an email notification of some sort? Did you happen to be home at the time and observe the color or the leds on devices in the collective? Did you reboot from the App to restore or power reset the entire collective?

It may be difficult to help out here as doing so may require probing questions not for public view. But we can try. I might also suggest contacting support@coralvue.com so Carlos, Connor or others may actually jump into your collective and take a look.

All the outlet lights went dark. The only led light on was amber on the wifi. No collective message until I tried the update to bring the xp back to life.
