XS control No Status

I have an X4 running my reefer 170 and an XS running my waterbox 10. Never an issue till today, now when I goto the app the X4 works as expected but the XS keeps coming up saying no status and I have a blank screen. Any ideas? Replay hoping it’s something simple so I don’t have to wipe it out and reconnect and set it all back up.

I tried that but to no avail. Also tried selecting reboot device from the device settings page.
 
If powering down and powering it back on does not bring it back then reboot in the app won't either. Are any lights lighting on the controller?
 
Then It thinks everything is fine. Not sure why you cannot access it. Does everything appear to be working that it controls? If so you might want to submit a support ticket. That way we won't do anything that would cause it to stop working all together.
 
No it’s not controlling anything heaters not turning on and off and feeder isn’t working
 
Unplugged it and left it for for about 5 min that seemed to do it thanks!!! Guess maybe there’s some sort of time it takes to “reset” it self that just a simple power on/off doesn’t do the trick. Either it’s back up after your advice again thanks!
 
I usually wait at least a minute before plugging them back in when I am rebooting one by powering it off. I figured that was worth a try since I was not sure how long you waited before plugging it back in.
 
Have you tried rebooting the router and access point (if you have one)?

1) Reboot the router and access point if you have one. Wait until you can browse the internet again
2) Reboot your HYDROS device

Does that fix the problem?
