Can you post a picture of the flow sensor you have ?Hello, I installed the hydros flow sensor. When adding it to the inputs what flow rate model do I select?
Fm 025. Fm 050 fm 075
It gives different readings according to the model I select and FM 025 gives a flow rate that can't be right.
You're very welcome. Make sure to clean it at least every 3 months or so.Thank you very much....that number looks much better.... although as per UV I need to be at 214 gph..... for parasite control. I'll turn up the pump see if I get more through my manifold.
I ordered an extra flow sensor for another project, so, I decided to try a swap. Yep, seems that the flow sensor needs a cleaning. I unscrewed it and cleaned it out. I'll take that one and replace the other return.Apologize for reviving an old thread but if you don't clean would it show slower flow? I've been increasing my ReefRun return pump percentage for the past few months to keep up with the flow I had...or at least what was reported from the flow sensor. Just wondering if it's my return pumps or the flow sensor.
Also, I'll need to figure out how to clean it. Do I take it apart?
Thanks!
