Of the regulars here the only ones who work for Coralvue is Carlos and Don. The rest of us are here to help.
Never be afraid to ask a question or express your opinion of the product. It is the only way to learn on both sides.
It is wired through the command bus to the other Hydros controllers instead of Wifi strips which only access is WiFi. It does not mean wired network.
says right on Coralvue site:

No were does it say wired ethernet connection.
White is master and green is slave.
Set the one closest to your WiFi access point to master or priority. A Wave Engine can not be master at least not V1 or WE LE I am not sure about the new version WE V2. @Carlos .
On a 6' tank I would put a pump on each end and alternate flow at least that is what I prefer.
The WE has some pretty unique flow patterns.
One thing on large tanks that need a ton of flow is put Gyres on the end and fill in dead spots with Octo pulses on the back if need be. Usually is not...
Maxpect Gyres are slightly better than the IceCap but the IceCap are more favorable price. Both work really well with the WE.
I will say this I am unhappy with the magnets on the newer style Icecaps gyres because they are not as strong as Maxspect gyres and sometimes they wont stay straight so...
If it is on a collective just change the output device to one on the XP8.

Pre-order sorry.
Might be worth it if you can't find any in-stock.
I saw add to cart and thought they had some.
