I'm a little confused on what the current state of the Android App is. Mine won't connect, I have to use the Web App. Is this the issue we are currently waiting for an update? I did update yesterday but do I understand there is another coming?

Question, probably because I'm retired and have nothing else to think about. I have a collective with a Control 4, Control 2 and an XP8. Is there any advantage to which one is designated as the preferred as opposed to the normal? I currently have the C4 as preferred and the C2 and XP8 as normal.

I tested further because I had two ropes extending. One of the ropes showed that voltage but the one attached stayed at zero. It stayed at zero even when I tested with just one rope and not two. Just found this out this morning and I just filed a support ticket to see if I should check...

Ahh. I'll look at yours again. I didn't see the difference when I looked at it. It seems the Klir runs on mine they way you described.

I think maybe you just tried to reinvent the wheel when you could have just used the Klir setup.

What's the temperature in your tank. Hydros won't turn the outlet on until the temp drops to 77.5 on your setting.

What are your heater settings?

What kind of brackets? I find the mounting holes sufficient for mounting on a board etc.
