Hydros probe ports are not just "simple pH ports". They are specifically designed circuits for Hydros that include additional circuitry to provide air gap isolation from other electrical interference. This is done both on the data and power planes. This has a factor in the cost of a probe port.

Doubling up and using 2 force ports for more current wouldnt give you much, since you would then hit the MAX limit on the battery port of 10A pretty quick. There is a 10A fuse on the battery cable. And do not replace that fuse with a larger once since the internal circuitry is limited at 10A.

Id start by pulling off the heads and checking to see if the hose is damaged. And see if its seated correctly. If no issues there, submit a help ticket to support.coralvue.com and someone with the correct product knowledge can support you.
how old is the pump? Those pump heads can wear out over time and actually crack the hosing. If it has age on it, look at getting a new head: Kamoer X1, X1 PRO, and F1 Dosing Head Replacement
