i set up thehydros x4 yesterday and after figuring out wifi issues i set up power bars today. pretty straight forward and only took about 30 min but i still have a few questions.

what do the lights mean? blue is good. Red is not conected. Yellow is trying to connect? Green is ?

i couldnt figure out the flow pump speed range reverse etc, so i set mine as generic always on except water change and feed mode. Is there a better way to do it? Also i have jebao flow pumps. Is there a way to control them through x4 controler or do i need wavengine ?

skimmer was simple
sump/ refugium light simple

heaters i set 77.5 to 80. i use eheim jager heaters and and set the thermostat at 78ish. this way i use the heater thermostat and keep powerbar from cycling on off too much. Is this right way to do it ?
1 issue, both heaters have same settings but on the app one heater is OFF. Temp is 77.9-78. it should be ON until it reaches 80. Like the other heater. Any reason for this ?

other then that my setup is pretty simple the controller is more just a timer and monitor for now. still have to setup the ato and and wifi feeder i got today. wont use the feeder daily but if im out and cant be there to feed i like being able to press a button.

im happy as is but if anyone has any ideas or tips on how i can make it run better or different way to set up let me know. attaching pic to give an idea

What else can i use usb ports for ? how powerful is each port? I will use one for feeder

also i want to add a high level float switch for the ato. i cant find the cable with the 4 or 5 different coloured ends to plug float switch into Its out of stock everywhere. is there eta for stock or easy diy option.
can i use the black connection cable that comes with leak detector ? Or no because thats a sense port. I need 0-10v for float switch ?

how important is it to plug directly into wall outlet. I have controller and power bars pluged into extension cable / surge protector.

I use float switches on the sense ports, but I made my own cables. I have 9 of them in my system. Full DIY Hydros Pinout Cheat Sheet
Also you can use this cable to connect the float switch to the sense port.
The USB ports all turn on or off together as Outlet 5. If I remember correctly the max out on all USB ports combined is 2 amps.
