Hydros START is now a cheaper option than the Launch to add 4 outlets. Tho its still around the price of a XP8. Tho you could get rid of that XS with a START as well.

Your DC voltage shows 12V, while it should be 24V if the meanwell power supply is ON. Plus the high negative current on the battery tells me that its pulling just from the battery and not from the meanwell. Check the meanwell supply.

The SD card on the XP8 is in a difficult place to get to, its on the top side of the board under where the command bus port mini-board is. Definitely reach out to support on how to change this out since it will take a few careful steps to access (removing the board from the faceplate, etc).

I dont think it should matter. any GX12 should work. Alot of the styles SHOULD be in stock on amazon. How many pins you need? Need it with a cable?

I have tried all 4, and only the DMP10 works with existing profiles. Also you need to make your own adapter for the pump using one of these Amazon.com Use the pulse 2 profile for the DMP10... that being said I didn't try this long term. so your mileage may vary plus this isnt a coralvue...
