The table is missing the Wave Engine power input 4-pin cable pinout. Any chance you have that info?
That'd be the Force (24V) Port Pinout.

1- Is it possible to control the 2K Gyre Flow Pump using ws55-180?Awesome Info Don. I was worried if I did wired it incorrectly it might be damaged. Yes, you are correct Apex has nothing like this pump controller. What I use as a pump controller for the Apex is a WS55-180. Then use the 0-10v output to control the pump speed. My skimmer, UV Light and return pumps are all running off these WS55-180's. I also have 2 icecap 4k gyre pumps that use the dual controller. My dual controller has an issue. It's reading the 0-10v incorrectly. If I input 10v it reads 4v, if I input 9v it reads 7v and if I input 8v it reads 10v. So the plan was to use this instead of buying another dual controller. I could get rid of three controllers and only be using one. Thanks Don!
I am not sure which port you are talking about. The power input on the X10, XD and wave engines have the same pinout as a Kraken force port. Are there a pinout diagram and/or plug specs for the devices with dedicated power?

The drive ports are 12v and there is already a adapter cable to go from that to the barrel connector used on Kamoer pumps. That is indeed what I was talking about, but it's 24v, so that won't fit my needs. I'll just have to come up with something else. Maybe I'll do a 2-pin 12v connector with a power supply like this...

I'm an absolute amateur at soldering. What gauge wire did you use for jumpers on the M16 for Sicce pumps? Any links/lists for all the materials you needed?I now have the Red Sea DC skimmer (RSK300) working on the Kraken!
Picked up a couple of M16 connectors and female barrel connectors with cable. The pin out of the Kraken Force port matches the RS ReefRun connectors, just in a slightly different order. Just pay attention to the pin numbers. The force port cables with the barrel are actually just two wires. So, on the M16 side, I jumpered the grounds together and the DC together and then I soldered from the barrel cable wires to one of the posts on the M16. Connected and all good.
The force port cable with barrel has a gender bender with it, so either barrel will work.
Not a fan of soldering...I really suck at it, but I got it working!
Next is the ReefMat connector. Should be a M11 connector. That should be more straightforward with only two pins.

I don't believe the Sicce pumps use any of the M16 (or any M) connector. Those are for the Red Seas....unless you are talking about the ReefRun 7000. My Sicce 3 just takes a straight barrel connector and the Force port cable is all you should need....at least for the 3.0 I have.I have 2x requirements on my end.
1x Reefmat 1200
1x Sicce 7.0 SDX
1x Sicce 9.0 SDX
So far, I've just picked up the following:
4x Gx12 4 Pin Connectors (both) - Amazon.com
4x M16 Waterproof Cable Connectors 4 pin (Sicce 7.0 + 9.0 SDX) - https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256...st_main.5.39eb1802NZJzLG&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa
4x M12 2 pin connectors (Reefmat) - https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256...t_main.10.39eb1802NZJzLG&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa
I over purchased to give me some room for error, and now I need to choose jumper wires + solder wire.
My soldering Iron is pretty simple and is the PINECIL running pine - PINECIL – Smart Mini Portable Soldering Iron (Version 2) - PINE STORE
How I wish that were true about the upper model Sicce pumps.I don't believe the Sicce pumps use any of the M16 (or any M) connector. ReefMat should be a 12v 2 pin. Try to get the one with the screws and therefore no need to solder!!
As far as gauge for the M16 jumper, if you still need that, I had some wire laying around that was probably thicker than the Force port cable. 14g or 16g should work.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Well, there you go. Then it should work like I have it for the ReefRun 7000, 5500, and the SDK300 DC skimmer. Just follow the pin out and I believe I provided pictures in this thread. It should work. Then you have a few less power bricks to deal with. How I wish that were true about the upper model Sicce pumps.
The GX12 connectors I got were numbered. So I wired to that but I cannot remember which way the ones in this post are viewed from.Ok. Silly (maybe) question. Since I'me using a 6-pin GX12 premade pigtail for my doser project, I want the pinount to match exactly the port on the 0-10v Output port on the X4 or WaveEngine.
Just to clarify... In the diagrams at the beginning of this thread, the pinout configurations shown are the actual ports on the Hydros device, as you would be looking at them, correct?
I'm in the midst of making my diagrams for wiring up ports and cables for a drive port adapter and the 0-10v outputs, and I just want to verify that my pin-to-wire-colro is right before soldering.
Jc1589, I'm hoping you can help! I'm struggling making a cable to connect my two Sicce SDC 7.0 pumps to Kraken. I'm hoping you'll take a moment to look at the thread linked below & help me.New to the forum! Glad I found it though! Been on reef2reef for a while. Appreciate this info! My kraken has been sitting in a corner because I didn't realize it wouldn't come with any of the force or drive cables. Rather than spend upwards of $200 for cables alone, I decided I'd search online for a diy guide. Didn't find any guides, but the pin out you posted is all I really needed!
Here are the pre wired connectors I purchased on Amazon. A lot less expensive than the $15/pop from hydros.
Will update here after everything arrives and is put together!
