    “Dry” ph probe ?

There are steps you can take to try and recondition the pH probe. There is no guarantee it would work or for how long it would hold calibration afterwards. For peace of mind I would buy a new probe, a new pinpoint pH probe is $45 US at BRS. Here are the steps that Focustronic provides...

Alkatronic + Hydros best CalRx setup

Me personally I am using a carbon doser, a Kamoer X1 PRO T Stepper Pump and using the hydros pH as the controller. I am pretty happy with how stable my ALK has been (testing every 4 hours):

    Manual AWC

The help guide states: Do I have to schedule an automatic water change to use the AWC, or can I use it as a one-time water change to manually activate it? You can use it as a one-time manual change only. The AWC can work with or without a schedule. If you do not create an AWC Schedule, the...

    Quad Outlet Strip

The issue is almost guaranteed to be the Orbi. I have an Orbi and was having similar issues. Turning down the power on the 5 ghz band will make it less frequent for the disconnects in my experience. They all went away once I put in a dedicated AP for the Reef Tank.

    Float Switches Tutorial

Hello Jeff, I have my float switches hooked up to the 0-10V, in my opinion sense ports are prime real estate. I am using mine to measure the level of my RODI and Saltmix bins (55 gallon brutes). For RODI it triggers a solenoid valve when the bin is half empty (half full) to refill to avoid TDS...

    Second pH probe

Added an second pH probe to my collective. The pH will read correctly but will drop to 0.70 or 0.80 then back to normal. I noticed this when calibrating the probe as well that it would jump around. I switch pH probes around, the issue stayed with the port. Since I have 2 C4's, I attached the...

Kamoer X1 Pro2 "Connect to Controller"?

Hello Everyone, So today I was doing some maintenance on my Kamoer X1 Pro2. When I went into settings I saw a new setting "Connect to Controller"! This setting is not in the Manual. When you click on it there is a QR Code. Anyone know what this is for? Is this the ground work for Hydros to...

    Collective Broken

Carlos replied to my ticket and stated "Are both running the latest version (190)? If so, then no, having a single device in a collective is not a problem with the newer firmware." Thanks Carlos!
